    News broke just two weeks ago—the fashion industry's most beloved Parisian restaurant would open a temporary New York outpost this winter. Last night, Caviar Kaspia, reimagined by Bureau Betak, opened its doors for a private preview to fashion's finest. Constance Jablonski, Anja Rubik, Liya Kebede, and Elsa Hosk, hot off her VS fashion show opening in Paris, tested the unrivaled caviar menu—including the famous baked potato at the swanky eatery inside members-only club, Spring Place.
