James Bay is hardly recognizable when he arrives for our interview. His hair isn’t shoulder-length anymore, it’s in a loose coif. His signature Panama hat is missing. He’s wearing a single, thin hoop earring, which is either new or just noticeable now that his locks are short. He looks edgy, dressed in all black—Burberry shearling jacket, jeans, and boots—as if he’s mourning his old persona while presenting a new one at the same time.
Surprise! Joe Jonas dyed his hair bleach blonde. The singer, 31, flaunted his new look on Instagram, weeks after he and Sophie Turner welcomed a baby girl. Not even Joe Jonas could resist the urge for a quarantine hair transformation. On Instagram last night, the singer and new dad revealed his new look, showing off a fresh, bleach-blonde buzz cut. No caption needed. It's a big hair change for the 31-year-old singer, who's stuck to signature deep-brown locks—matching with his musician brothers, Nick and Kevin Jonas—most of his life.
Who's more like a cartoon character than Karl Lagerfeld? The designer takes a comic approach to his persona — after all, he's already sold a doll in his likeness — and now he's commissioned a cartoonist to take things to a literal level.
Lagerfeld has hired French cartoonist Tiffany Cooper to create a capsule collection, Women's Wear Daily reports. The collection will include clothing and accessories embellished with illustrations of Lagerfeld, and of course his pampered cat, Choupette.
The Princess of Wales knows that what we wear – and, in particular, what she wears – matters. The royal has often taken a somewhat sustainable approach to red-carpet dressing, regularly re-wearing her favourite gowns for big events – but last night she stepped up her game when it comes to responsible dressing, opting to hire a gown from popular rental platform Hurr. Kate was attending a ceremony in Boston for the Earthshot Prize – an initiative founded by her husband, Prince William, and Sir David Attenborough, which awards annual grants to people or projects working to combat global warming.

Katie Holmes’s latest fall look is a lesson in subtle print mixing. The actor stepped out in New York City yesterday in a breezy start-of-autumn fit that involved layering two floral prints. Somehow, she made it work.
The first floral piece was a white top with a painterly red-and-orange flower print. Rather than pairing it with pants or a skirt, Holmes wore the top under an airy dress in two different soft pink hues.
Katie Holmes has mastered one of the trickiest looks of all: head-to-toe leather. The actress, who was seen out in New York City this week, wore a leather look consisting of a black shirt and matching trousers. While top-to-toe leather might sound daunting, or conjure up images of the Beckhams in their Noughties matching outfits, it's actually very wearable if done right. Here's why we loved her look and how to make it work in your own wardrobe:

The Scandal star's second pregnancy was first revealed in May this year. Since then, the actress has been showing off her baby bump with serious maternity style everywhere from the Met Gala to the Emmys red carpet.
Kim Kardashian channeled Marilyn Monroe when she walked the Met Gala steps in the same nude gown that the late actress wore when she sang "Happy Birthday, Mr. President" to John F. Kennedy 60 years ago. And while her choice to wear the historic garment has since prompted both admiration and controversy, Kardashian didn't stop at just one dress.
Today, the SKIMS mogul revealed on Instagram that she changed into yet another dress that belonged to Monroe after the Met Gala.
Small, secluded and oh-so-special, La Banane hotel's jungle-set cluster of bungalows offer a palm-shaded hideaway from the jet-setting St Barths high life. A cleverly designed two-tiered pool area gives way to a sophisticated open-air library, where the hotel's glitterati guests flock for sundowners, before retiring to the bright, white four-poster-boasting bedrooms. Lush with tropical vegetation and just two minutes from the beach, the hotel is a Caribbean dream come beautifully, boutique-ishly true.
